Get started with GaiaViz engine

GaiaViz desktop app runs on MS Windows:

Installation:
– download and extract the .zip file
– enter the run GaiaViz.exe
– once the windows is open, hit the ‘1’ key to load a dataset

PC System requirements:

  • Intel or AMD CPU (higher clock-rate is better)
  • Dedicated GPU (NVIDIA recommended, AMD may work)
  • 8GB RAM
  • OS: MS Windows 7, 10, 11

Mac OS users:

GaiaViz runs well in virtual machines on Mac:

Note: Recommend dedicated GPU or M2 CPU (and above).
