OUR DATA VIZ PROCESS
Although each project is unique, we have established a process structure that ensures your project is completed as required.
Discovery calls and contract
We take time to discuss and understand your project, your audience and goals. We assess together which of our services suits you best.
At this stage we will gather your project requirements to provide a detailed proposal.
It’s a match? We start working!
KICK OFF MEETING: IDEA and MOCK-UP
The kick-off workshops are meant to explore your big vision and brainstorm ideas for your 3D data scape, resulting in a mock-up to guide the next step.
DATA EXPLORATION
We will explore your data with the mock up and your initial requirements to convert it into data scape specifications.
Based on the data structure, density and your project parameter, we’ll discuss options with you and advise about implications of choosing a particular solution over another.
At the end of this process we’ll have a full set of final specifications to work from.
PROTOTYPE DESIGN
We’ll use the specifications from the previous step to create the first datascape prototype design accordingly.
We will ask you to review and provide feedback at various stages throughout the design process.
Feed-Back Rounds
FINAL DEVELOPMENT
The process of creating the custom features and functionality for your project is part of the development process.
This is where we shine, anything is possible and it’s a delight turning your ideas and vision into reality!
TEST
Thorough testing means that your experience is smooth and pleasurable with no hiccups or nasty surprises. We will make your customers’ experience the best it can be.
PROJECT DELIVERY – FINAL INVOICE
Your data scape is polished and ready to deploy!
SUPPORT
Of course our projects do not end the moment they are delivered. We create custom video tutorials for each project to show you how to maintain, backup and edit your new datascape.
We’re only a phone call away if you have questions.
Our support plans guarantee you the level of support you need.
